Location: Wilmington, NC office

Description:  Mary Hannah Interiors is expanding our team! We are looking for an energetic, organized individual who loves working in a team environment! Jumping right into designing with our team, our ideal candidate boasts years of experience in design with solid AutoCAD street cred and incredible organizational skills. Please no procrastinators. Note that your personal presentation will be the first impression many clients will have of our company so professional yet creative attire is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish (and be thrilled about it!) throughout North and South Carolina, ensuring that the process runs smoothly

• Exercising your detail-oriented muscles and communicating effectively and kindly with a team daily

• Must be current on the latest finishes, furnishings and trends so we can stay ahead of the curve

• Must be organized and incredibly accurate with measurements and details (ideally you are math-inclined)

• Create, manage, and implement every step of client projects - sourcing products and materials, communicating with vendors and contractors, creating mood boards and design boards, problem solving, and project installations

• Meet with clients, talk with vendors and contractors, collaborate with other designers on the team, and coordinate with various MHI teams to make everything come together

Qualifications:​

• 3+ years of professional interior design experience

• Strong AutoCAD skills

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills

• A solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop

• Strong knowledge of trade sources

• Extreme attention to detail

• Great communication and experience consulting directly with clients

• Confidence and ability to communicate your ideas clearly

• Strong leadership and self-motivation

• Great multi-tasking skills

• The ability to work with a team and take direction

• A positive and thankful attitude (no complaining please)

Time Requirement: We’re looking for a full-time (ideally) or part-time committed employee free of working for other design firms or designers.
