Farmhouse Cottage: Home Tour, Mudroom, Kitchen and Dining Room
Everyone loves a good farmhouse vibe because Joanna Gaines. Enough said. She's the queen of home transformations, making shiplap and reclaimed wood current decor essentials. This client was one of many drawn to the Chip and Jo aesthetic, and she was a dream to work with. She knew exactly what she wanted and was great at communicating all along the way. In fact, this process flew by due in part to her decisive yet easy-going personality.
With reclaimed wood on the design brain (after all it's Tuesday which means, hello, time for Fixer Upper!), we are revealing the Farmhouse Cottage's dining room, part of the kitchen and mudroom. Grab a napkin because you just might start drooling over the reclaimed wood dining table with its homestead style chairs. We balanced the rustic feel with gray velvet, tufted captains chairs for a touch of sass. There's even the most darling landing area within the kitchen for popping on and off those snow-covered boots.
